  • A blank notebook or blank index cards to make a travel journal
  • If you would like a book that is more living and tied to the time period, you can substitute Cartier Sails the St. Lawrence by Esther Averill. I didn’t include it bc of the negative way the First Nations are portrayed, but many CM families love this book.
